2. Purpose

These terms govern a service provision for the creation and sale of digital files for the configuration of haptic simulation equipment.


3. Nature of the product

All products are delivered digitally via download links available after payment validation. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their device meets the system requirements and is compatible with the provided digital files. We disclaim any liability for issues related to incompatibility with third-party platforms or software.

No physical media is shipped; it is the customer's responsibility to securely retain the original file.


4. Usage Restrictions

Customers agree not to:


  • Resell, sublicense, share or distribute our products on any platform or file-sharing website.
  • Present our products in a misleading or defamatory manner.


5. Prices

Prices are fixed, "VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the CGI". However, some banks or payment providers may apply conversion fees or foreign commissions, independent of our will.


6. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Transactions are processed securely viaPayPal.

Refund policy:Due to the digital nature of our products,all sales are final once the product is downloaded. No refunds can be granted for digital goods after download. Refunds will only be made in the following cases:

  • Duplicate purchases of the same product, excluding items offered later in promotional offers.
  • Technical issues, confirmed by our support team, preventing access to purchased content that has not been downloaded.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds, if approved, will be processed according to the original payment method.


7. Compatibility and software updates

The provided digital files are designed for use with the SimHub software published by Nicolas Guilber.

This compatibility cannot be guaranteed in the long term, particularly in the event of technical or commercial changes by the publishers of the relevant software.


8. Intellectual Property

The names, logos, and trademarks of the games mentioned on the site or in the software are used solely for illustrative purposes.

No affiliation, endorsement, or official partnership is claimed with their respective publishers.


9. Liability

The publisher cannot be held responsible for any damage, data loss, or hardware incompatibility resulting from the use of the provided digital file.


10. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your personal data. The data collected when creating your account or placing your order is used exclusively for processing your order, customer support, and improving our services. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, unless required by law or necessary for the provision of the service.
